Gaan Xaw, a mobile juice cafe that promotes wellness through living foods at community events in Haida territory. Josef & Cody Vogstad, Haida Nation members, are passionate about increasing wellness among their community by educating about the health benefits of eating whole living foods. Their project includes building a greenhouse where fresh quality produce can be more affordably provided to their Nation. As they share wellness with their isolated community, they also provide access to materials that nurture wellness in mind, body, spirit and relationships.
